Layla Belaidi who is studying UAL Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma In Creative Practice: Art, Design and Communication: Year 1, who was awarded the Jack Petchey award in 2021. Her prize was a bag full of art recourses goodies.
Congratulations to Level 3 Art and Design Diploma student Souleymane Avice whose architecture model was selected for Origins Creatives 2020.
Origins Creatives will celebrate the next generation of creatives by enabling them to share their ideas, their successes, their failures, and to show others how they have developed their creative practice over their time studying on a UAL Awarding Body qualification.

Music students perform live post lockdown
Music students performed live on Wednesday 13th October in the Canteen. This is the first gig post lockdown at the college, and the first time some of the students had performed to an audience after starting to learn instruments less than six weeks ago! Sista Chat X STC Work Experience Project
Level 3 Y1 Music Students Shaun McDonald, Katerina Koushi and L3 Y2 Music Student Ali Farid, have been the broadcast and audio engineers for Sista Chat Talk Show in our recording studios. We hosted Sista Chat here at South Thames Wandsworth for four sessions as part of the students work experience placement. Sista chat features main host Rosie Powell, with a range of expert guest speakers from Health, Education, Parenting, Business, Relationships and everything in between. Every Thursday @ LWR Talk Radio 6-8pm.
